What it answers

What gross yield does each type of home earn in each area?

Example

An agent quotes 8% on a Lekki apartment. The report shows the yield for that segment, how many listings it rests on and how long similar homes take to clear, so a high yield from three listings reads as noise, not an opportunity. (Illustrative figure.)
